Pastor Sandy and Heather Outlaw have served as the pastors of New Vision Ministries since 2005. They have a desire to not only see people saved, but to watch them grow and develop in their walk with Christ through the relevant teaching of God's Word.

BriAsia has served New Vision Ministries for many years, and started in January 2023 as full time Children's Pastor. Her heart is set on leading children to Christ, helping them grow and develop into future leaders, and help them discover what talents God placed on the inside of them. NVM Kids hosts children ages 4-12 years of age every Sunday in the Kid's Building at 10:00am. Sign up station is at the Welcome Center!
